Leadership
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Nii Lartey is a visionary entrepreneur and technology strategist with over a decade of experience in the aviation and digital commerce industries across West Africa and the United Kingdom. Born and raised in Accra, Ghana, Nii studied Computer Science and Business Administration at the University of Ghana before pursuing advanced studies in Travel Technology at King's College London.
Frustrated by the fragmented, opaque flight-booking landscape in Africa — riddled with hidden fees, unreliable inventory, and poor customer service — Nii founded VistaBookings in 2021 with a determination to build something better. He assembled a team of engineers, travel industry veterans, and customer-experience designers united by a shared goal: make air travel simple for everyone.
Under Nii's leadership, VistaBookings has grown from a bootstrapped startup into a fully accredited IATA travel platform serving passengers across 30+ countries. He remains deeply hands-on in product development, partnerships, and the company's commitment to transparent, trustworthy travel.
